Job Description:

• Manages the end-to-end daily workers and drivers’ job allocation/ day to day operations and schedule
• Coordinate actively with other colleagues, for the job tasks from multiple locations.
• Coordinate sales team and other office staff by managing schedules and communicating relevant information
• Be flexible and ready to plan a good arrangement informed by last minute
• Work closely with internal departments
• Handle and ensure the processing of all arrangements with accuracy and timeliness
• Able to work under pressure
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Coordinator/ Support/ Administrator
• Can start work immediately or at a short notice is an added advantage
• Meticulous and Good communication skills
• Possess strong inter-personal and communication skills and be able to work well with people at all levels in the organization
• Must have working experiences in Singapore

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain new Elevator client accounts and/or Main contractor
  • Develop Elevator business and maintain regular sales calls/ties with existing clients
  • Provide effective customer presentations, with an accurate price and technically correct.
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company needs.
  • Analysing costs and sales.
  • Prepare Tender & Liaise with Sales/Tender Team before submission
  • Obtain PO/Contract from Customer by agreeing to terms and conditions.
  • Coordinating and Manage Sales Projects.
  • Develop product knowledge, competitor’s products, and market awareness.
  • Any other task as assigned by Management
  • Assist in Project Management

Requirements:
• Dip / Deg in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3-5 years sales experience in CCTV/Door Access/Security System related industries.
• Possessing a car is an added advantage.

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related studies
  • Electrical/Mechanical knowledge will be an advantage
  • Able to work independently and result orientated
  • Positive attitude, with customer-oriented interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think out of the box.
  • Class 3 driving licence is a must. Possession of vehicle will be advantageous.

• In depth experience in the management and planning of installation works within the Access Control, CCTV and Intruder product sectors
• Full understanding and appreciation of sub contract documentation and risk assessment/method statements
• You must be a commercially aware forward thinking individual with a ‘can do’ attitude

• Proven track record of operational management of complex integrated security system

Job Description:
• You will be responsible to check and monitor security systems are in good and working condition
• To provide technical expertise to diagnose and resolve any system faults and to provide troubleshooting of different security systems
• To attend scheduled or unscheduled maintenance service requests
• Setting up equipment for various systems and conducting system test and configurations
• To provide feedback and report on any issues faced on site to resolve issues for customer
• Support ad-hoc assignment as and when required
• Be able to work as a team

Requirements:
• Min NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics or any engineering field
• Min 3-5 years relevant working experiences is an added advantage
• Must possess valid class 3 driving license
• Good working attitude and self-motivated

• Hold calling prospective clients via telephone or visits
• Check and attend to private tender invitation as well as public tender
• Prepare and deliver sales and technical presentations
• Conduct product demonstrations, showroom and sites visit
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product specification
• Plan and modify products to tailor to client requirement
• Estimate and analyse costs, calculating client quotation
• Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs
• Manage and maintain database of existing and new clients
• Process orders and contract variations order
• Assist project team to meet strict timelines and budget requirements
• Provide regular and accurate sales forecast updates to Management
• Attend site and technical meetings with project team to survey site
• Communicate with cross-functional team for smooth operation
• Work on after-sales support services and providing technical help
