Job Description:
• Identify, research and qualify new business prospects
• Hold calling prospective clients via telephone or visits
• Check and attend to private tender invitation as well as public tender
• Prepare and deliver sales and technical presentations
• Conduct product demonstrations, showroom and sites visit
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product specification
• Plan and modify products to tailor to client requirement
• Estimate and analyse costs, calculating client quotation
• Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs
• Manage and maintain database of existing and new clients
• Process orders and contract variations order
• Assist project team to meet strict timelines and budget requirements
• Provide regular and accurate sales forecast updates to Management
• Attend site and technical meetings with project team to survey site
• Communicate with cross-functional team for smooth operation
• Work on after-sales support services and providing technical help

Requirements:
• Dip / Deg in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3-5 years sales experience in CCTV, Access Control & Integrated Security
• Possessing a car is an added advantage.

Salary:
• Basic + Commission + Attractive Bonus

• Location: UBI
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Alternate Saturday)
